Stamping dies need to be accompanied by strips for inquiry

The bending die of Dalian stamping die makes the blank or other blank bend along a straight line (bending line), so as to obtain a certain angle and shape of the workpiece die. The drawing die is a die which makes the blank of sheet metal into open hollow parts or makes the hollow parts change their shape and size further.

Forming die is a kind of die which directly replicates the blank or semi-finished workpiece according to the shape of convex and concave die, while the material itself only produces local plastic deformation. Such as bulging die, necking die, expanding die, undulating forming die, flanging die, shaping die, etc. The single process die only completes one stamping process in one stroke of the press.

The compound die has only one working station. In one stroke of the press, two or more stamping processes are completed simultaneously at the same working station. Maintenance of continuous die must be careful, patient and orderly, and should not be done blindly. Material tape should be attached when repairing the mould due to the malfunction, so as to inquire into the problem.

Open the die, check the condition of the die, confirm the cause of the failure, find out the problem, and then clean up the die before the die can be disassembled. When removing the die, the force should be uniform. Aiming at the die structure where the stripping spring is between the fixed plate and the stripping plate and the stripping spring is directly mounted on the inner guide pillar, the stripping plate should be disassembled to ensure the unbalanced ejection, and the inclination of the stripping plate may lead to the fracture of the punch in the die.
