  After the processing of each part of the stamping die is completed, it can enter the assembly stage. Because the parts of the die have high precision and small error, it is necessary to locate accurately and arrange the correct installation sequence to ensure the normal work of the stamping die. Firstly, the upper and lower die bases of the stamping die are installed on the slider of the punch or press, and the lower die bases are installed on the working table of the punch or press. After the upper and lower die base is fixed, the die parts can be installed on the die base to ensure the correct and accurate installation position, to avoid errors that lead to the die can not work properly.

  When Dalian stamping die is installed with concave and punch dies, a uniform blanking gap should be left to ensure the stamping quality and prolong the service life of the stamping die. The assembly sequence of the upper and lower dies should be determined according to the die structure, and different installation methods should be determined for the dies with and without guide posts. For complex stamping die installation, it is necessary to determine the reasonable assembly sequence according to the limitation of upper and lower die parts installation.

  Sometimes inappropriate installation sequence not only affects the subsequent installation work, but also may not install the situation, so the correct installation sequence is essential. The materials of stamping die are steel, cemented carbide, steel-bonded cemented carbide, zinc-based alloy, low melting point alloy, aluminum bronze, polymer materials and so on. Most of the materials used to manufacture stamping dies are steel. The common types of die working parts are carbon tool steel, low alloy tool steel, high carbon high chromium or medium chromium tool steel, medium carbon alloy steel, high speed steel, matrix steel, cemented carbide, steel bonded cemented carbide and so on.
