Standardization of die processing

Mold processing refers to the processing of forming and blanking tools, as well as cutting dies and die cutting molds. Usually, the die has two parts: the upper die and the lower die. The steel plate is placed between the upper and lower dies and the material is formed under the action of the press. When the press is opened, the workpiece determined by the shape of the mold or the corresponding waste will be removed.



In the working process of the injection molding machine, the injection molding machine mainly completes the plasticization and measurement of the plastic, and injecting the molten material into the mold cavity with sufficient pressure and speed. After the injection, it can keep the pressure on the molten material in the mold cavity, and make up and increase the density of the product. Different forms of plasticizing device have different action processes.



With the increase of international communication, the development of the domestic work of the import and export mold and the international standard requirements for its supporting mould, Dalian mold processing has paid attention to the adoption of international standards or advanced foreign national standards in the standard formulation, including the adoption of advanced enterprise standards on the one hand.



In the mold industry, the concept of "mold standardization" is often more complicated, which is different from the "standardization" commonly used in the machinery industry. The latter can generally be measured by the rate of standard parts, while the former often refers to the "use rate of mould standard parts".
